    In relation to the Cherokeesbelonging to the following towns Qualla, Alarka, Aquona, Stekioh, and Cheoih, having been included in the census taken of the Cherokee nationby the agents appointed by that tribe as well as the United Statesin the year 1835 refered [referred] to by the 15th act of the [added: Cherokee] Treaty of 1835 & 6, I beg leave to refer you to the statement below, very respectfully yours &c [et cetera]
